Effective S&C support makes athletes stronger, faster and more robust, enabling peak performance and more time playing instead of on the physio table. I’ve delivered S&C to athletes across multiple sports, and I’m always keen to work with a handful of individual athletes both online and in person, or to consult with teams in the local area.

Sleep Education

The cornerstone of health, and usually the lowest hanging fruit for all round performance improvement. My better sleep workshop has been delivered over 50 times to gyms, sports clubs and businesses, helping 1000’s get better sleep, and reap the benefits.
