I have worked with Chris since 2015 for my strength and conditioning as a triathlete. In that time he has been able to improve key areas of strength that are required both across the triathlon disciplines and by myself as an amputee athlete. We have worked around a multitude of obstacles that have affected consistency, including time away from sport, overseas travel, and triathlon season's that require multiple tapers. He is very patient and through good communication we have managed to create a program that has enabled me to develop as an athlete, and win both a Work and European Championships as we work towards Tokyo 2020.

Over the last 5 months at SC Vital Fitness, Chris has helped me personally, identifying weaknesses and strengths and working to make me a more rounded athlete in preparation to row the Atlantic in the 2020 Tallisker Whiskey Challenge.
As a result, my fitness and strength have increased, my back pain decreased substantially, and I'm loving the fitness journey I am on. The sessions with Chris are never boring, fast-paced, well constructed, supported with science and reasoning. He pushes me hard and is always looking for new ways to help me on my 3000 journey.
